SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 47 "An Act                              
relating to equipment, registration, and identification of custom              
collector vehicles; and providing for an effective date" was read the          
third time.                                                                    
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SPONSOR                  
SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 47 be held to the February                      
24 calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
